Intoduction

This counting machine is an equipment for pharmaceutical industry, industry, chemical and food industries, which can be used for counting and bottling solid preparations, such as pills, sugar-coated tablets, uncoated tablets, soft and hard capsules, and other shapes of pharmaceutical granules. The machine can be used independently or linked with other supporting equipment to form a production line, such as bottle unscrambler, paper inserting machine, capping machine, sealing and labelling machine.
The machine adopts the photoelectric induction principle for counting, bottle separating and conveying of pharmaceutical granules, with real-time monitoring and setting of all operating data. As a 48-channel granule counting machine, there are 48 vibration “V” grooves on the vibration plate of the working table, which can work at the same time and use the vibration effect to automatically adjust the granules in the hopper outlet and to count one by one.
The machine is equipped with two cylinders for blocking bottles on the conveyor belt to ensure that the bottles stop and cannot move when they are being filled. After filling based on the set value, the cylinders will open automatically and the bottles will be transported out by the conveyor belt. The left side of the conveyor belt is also equipped with a photoelectric sensor for detecting whether there are empty bottles waiting for the next step of filling. If there are no bottles, the vibration device will stop working, so as to realize fully automatic counting.
The body of the machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, the direct contact parts to the drug use 316 stainless-steel materials, and the indirect contact parts adopt 304 stainless-steel materials, featuring with compact size, simple structure, beautiful shape and easy maintenance.
