Automatic Cotton Inserter is specially designed to insert cotton into containers. It automatically cuts cotton from a roll and insert it into containers at speeds of up to 60 bottles per minute. This machine can run independently or be integrated into an automated packaging line.

The product uses the photoelectric sensing principle to cut and insert, and can monitor and set all the running data in real time. The bottle blocking cylinder on the bottle conveying mechanism of the machine will block the bottle transmitted by the upper equipment at the filling position until the bottle mouth to align with the cutting mechanism. The stepping motor drives the cotton feeding mechanism, pulls the medical cotton from the cotton bag, cuts the cotton and loads it into the bottle, and then the bottle conveyor belt transfers the bottle that has loaded cotton to the next equipment, and at the same time, waiting the next new empty bottle moving to this equipment.
