Tablet Deduster
SPJ-D is a high-speed continuous tablet deduster that uses compressed-air scavenging, centrifugal dust removal, and roller-edge grinding to remove surface powder and edge burrs from compressed tablets. The dusting box and power box are fully isolated; a quick-disassembly structure for tool-free cleaning. SUS304 stainless steel material-contact parts, GMP-compliant. Inlet/outlet height and angle adjustable; castor wheels for mobility.
Introduction:
High-speed tablet deduster adopts compressed air for scavenging, centrifugal dust removing, and roller edge grinding principle to eliminate dust on the tablet surfaces and edge burrs, so as to make the tablet surfaces clean and the edges neat. The dusting box and power box are totally isolated from each other. The quick disassembly makes it convenient to disassemble, install, and clean the machine. The parts that contact the medicine are all made of stainless steel, meeting the requirements for pharmaceutical equipment in GMP.

Applications:
1. Inline dedusting and edge-grinding between the tablet press and the downstream packaging.
2. Standalone dedusting of tablets and granular materials.
3. Polishing and burr-removal of compressed tablets and supplements.
4. Dedusting of confectionery compressed candies.
5. Veterinary tablet polishing.
Maintenance:
1. The sifter is connected to the mains. Pressing the starting button makes the sifting roll rotate clockwise, whose rotation speed should be adjusted to a suitable speed for the velocity of the tablet output by turning the speed set knob.
2. Check over the device every month to make sure that the O-ring on the wheels is scarcely worn and that the wheels and some bearings work well.
3. When shutting down, the surplus granules in the powder store chamber must be cleared off, and all remaining powders must be removed. The sifter should be covered with clothing during a long period of shutdown.
4. Don’t moisten the electrical elements during washing
5. The opening under the machine body can be used for fitting a pipeline leading to a dust extractor.
