Introduction

Semi-Automatic Tablet/capsule Counting Machine is an equipment for pharmaceutical, industrial, chemical and food industries, which can be used for counting and bottling solid preparations such as pills, sugar-coated tablets, uncoated-tablets, soft and hard capsules, and other shapes of pharmaceutical granules.
The product uses the photoelectric principle to count pharmaceutical granules and allows real-time monitoring and setting of all operating data. As a 6-channel granule counting machine, the vibration plate of the working table is equipped with 6 vibrating “V” grooves, which can work at the same time and use the vibration effect to automatically adjust the granules in the lower hopper to be counted one by one.
Manually put the empty bottles on the bottling position, the drugs enter the medicine storage orderly through vibrating of the vibration plate. The counting photoelectric sensor is equipped on the medicine storage, so the drugs falling into the medicine bin are quantitatively counted by the sensor and then loaded into the bottles. Manually remove the filled bottles and put new empty bottles to be filled.
The body of the machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, with compact size, simple structure, beautiful shape and easy maintenance.
