Introduction:
This machine is a rotary single-press type tablet pressing machine for pressing granular materials into various tablets. It is mainly used in the production of tablets in the pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, food, electronics, and other industrial sectors. The system of the machine is controlled by a PLC, and the speed of the rotary table can be displayed on the touch screen.

Single-press type, single-side discharging, and using ZP standard stamping dies. The peripheral shell of the machine is fully closed, and the shell and internal table are made of high-quality stainless steel. In addition, the surface of the rotary table has been specially treated to not only maintain the surface luster but also prevent cross-contamination, in line with the requirements of GMP. This machine is equipped with a transparent glass cover, which can allow users to clearly observe the state of pressing tablets, and the cover is completely movable, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance. It adopts a touch screen to control speed, which is easy to operate, and has certain safety and reliability. The whole machine is easy to operate and can smoothly rotate, with high safety and accuracy. All transmission devices are installed inside the machine to keep the parts clean. The equipment is also equipped with an overload protection device, which means that when the pressure is overloaded, the device can stop the machine automatically. Besides, the machine can be adjusted and operated without stopping. The whole machine is light and equipped with four wheels, which can be moved at will.
