Introduction:
This is a kind of fully automatic rotary tablet pressing machine, which puts all kinds of granular or powdery materials into the holes of the dies, and then presses them into tablets with punches’ heads by a number of punches and dies evenly distributed on the rotary table according to a certain trajectory of circular lifting and lowering movements. This machine uniformly presses tablets with the upper and lower punches at the same time, which means that the air in the particles can be squeezed out of the holes, so it improves the uniformity of the tablets and reduces the cracks of the tablets. It can be used to press various raw materials into tablets for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronic, and other industries. Besides, the machine is equipped with a forced feeding mechanism and microcomputer control, which can automatically adjust the pressure, control the weight of tablets, and remove the waste tablets.
This machine can press all kinds of granular raw materials into round tablets, shaped tablets, carton tablets, and tablets with double-sided positioning and engravement and so on.
