Uphill tablet deduster has dual functions of tablet dedusting and lifting. The machine can realize the linked production mode including tablet press, metal detector, etc.

Introduction:

Uphill Tablet Deduster features small size, low noise, clean characteristics and sound sealing, in line with the GMP requirements. It can polish, dedust and elevate tablets. Besides, the inlet of the machine can be linked with any model of press machine and its outlet can be matched with the metal detection machine, forming a linkage production by integrating the polishing, dedusting, lifting and metal detection.
The working principle of the machine takes advantage of the magnetic vibration and the structure of staircase. It consists of mesh screen, vibrator, support spring, dive motor, control device and the like. Tablets, under the rotary force of magnetic vibration, rotate to lift like going upstairs driven by stainless-steel screw mesh, moving from bottom to top, while the dust is drained out from mesh by the vacuum.
