2. The surface is all made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are all made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber, fully meeting the requirements of GMP standards.
3 .The ceramic plunger pump achieves quantitative filling, is resistant to acid and alkali erosion, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant, and has high filling accuracy.
4.The conveying and sorting of the LIDS are achieved through vibrating trays, which are made of SUS316L stainless steel clean trays with a bright surface treatment, ensuring no cleaning dead corners.
5.It adopts internationally renowned electrical components and implements interference-free modular control. All synchronous actions are controlled by servo motors, which are accurate, reliable and easy to operate.
