Semi-automatic Capsule Filling Machine
Semi-automatic orifice-plate capsule filling. Empty capsules are loaded into the upper plate; vacuum-assisted separation orients the capsule body in the lower plate and the cap in the upper plate. Powder/granule is dosed into the body via the dosing disc/scraper; the upper and lower plates are then aligned ,and a pneumatic ram locks the cap onto the body. Filled capsules are ejected.
