Features:

1.The machine heats by heating plate, and the PVC plastic sheet can be formed only when the temperature up to about 115℃, featuring with heat sealing, batch number printing, tear line, PTP automatic conveying, sheet dividing, sheet complete, and other functions;
2.Adopt frequency conversion and be continuously variable with 10-40 times/min of blanking frequency;
3.Adopt the screw driving device, which allows to change the blister packs on packaging size at will on the guide rail of machine base;
4.Adopt cam air-clamp traction device, with simple structure and precise operation. The adjustable traction stroke is from 10 to 100mm, expanding the application of the machine;
5.Forming, is under positive air pressure; heat sealing and tear line and other molds are fixed by platen, with reliable positioning, and easy to change molds;
6.Equipped with a set of general-purpose feeders, with filling capacity of more than 99.5%. In addition, the feeder can be equipped with a dust-collection port according to the user’s requirements, which can eliminate the problem of dust generated in the process of tablets feeding;
