Pass Box

Our cleanroom pass boxes are core auxiliary equipment designed specifically for industries requiring stringent cleanroom environmental control, such as modern pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and high-precision electronics. Their main function is to establish a safe and controllable material transfer channel between areas of different cleanliness levels, thereby ensuring necessary material flow while maximizing the integrity of each clean area and preventing cross-contamination.

Benefits

Safety Design
Safety Design

Standard configuration includes a mechanical or electronic interlock system to ensure that both doors cannot be opened simultaneously, fundamentally blocking direct airflow between different clean areas.

Cleanliness Maintenance Capability
Cleanliness Maintenance Capability

The inner walls are made of easy-to-clean, corrosion-resistant materials such as 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a smooth, corner-free structure. Some models are optional with high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters and fans, enabling internal self-circulation purification to ensure a consistently high level of cleanliness within the transfer chamber.

Operational Ease
Operational Ease

A variety of models are available, including dynamic (with self-cleaning function) and static transfer windows, and can integrate practical functions such as UV germicidal lamps, touchscreen controls, and differential pressure displays to meet the specific needs of different scenarios.

Reliable Quality Assurance
Reliable Quality Assurance

All products undergo rigorous testing before leaving the factory, and complete installation, commissioning support, and after-sales service are provided, making them a key component in building a reliable cleanroom logistics barrier.

FAQ

How does the pass-through window ensure that the air in the clean areas on both sides does not contaminate each other?

Our pass-through windows use a mechanical or electronic interlocking system to ensure that the doors on both sides cannot be opened simultaneously, physically isolating air convection. Optional HEPA filters and built-in fans are also available, self-purifying the interior of the box after the doors are closed, ensuring a clean internal environment before each transfer.

The main difference lies in whether they include a built-in fan and HEPA filter. Static windows rely on airtight isolation and are suitable for transferring items within the same cleanroom level or for items with low purification requirements. Dynamic windows actively purify the internal air and are suitable for transferring materials from lower to higher cleanroom levels, providing a more reliable option to prevent cross-contamination.

The equipment is mainly made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a smooth surface, no dead corners, and corrosion resistance. It fully meets GMP requirements for cleanroom equipment cleaning and can be wiped or sprayed with conventional cleanroom disinfectants. Maintenance is simple.

Yes, it can be selected. UV lamps are mainly used for surface-assisted sterilization, effectively reducing the microbial load on the inner wall of the chamber and the surface of materials. However, it should be noted that UV irradiation has a shadowing effect and cannot replace HEPA filtration. We recommend using it as a supplementary method in conjunction with a self-cleaning system for better results.

A precisely sized installation opening needs to be reserved in the cleanroom partition wall.
