Dual-Head Automatic Prefilled Syringe Filling Machine
Dual-Head Automatic Prefilled Syringe Filling Machine
Automatic prefilled syringe vacuum filling and stoppering machine for liquid (water-based) and viscous (gel/ointment) materials. Designed for SCF prefilled syringes from BD, BG, SCHOTT, and major domestic OEMs (other types customizable). Ceramic plunger pump for quantitative dosing; vibrator-bowl orientation of rubber plugs in SUS316L gloss-finish bowls; vacuum-assisted filling and stoppering eliminate bubbles and stopper-friction particulates. Servo-driven, modular, PLC + HMI. Modular design allows stand-alone use or integration with denester, screw-on, labeler, and inspection machines.
Features:
1. Filling accuracy <= +/- 1%.
2. Ceramic plunger pump – acid/alkali, abrasion, and high-temp resistant.
3. Vacuum filling + vacuum stoppering for bubble-free, particulate-free results.
4. Filling needle rises with liquid level (anti-splash).
5. SUS316L gloss-finish vibrator bowl for plug orientation, no cleaning dead zone.
6. Servo-synchronized motions, modular non-interference control.
7. Siemens PLC + HMI with real-time station status and fault alarms.
8. Modular – stand-alone or in-line with denester, screw-on, labeler, light inspection.
