Stair conveying device continues to deliver bottles to the unscrambling tank, where the rotary disk rotates anti-clockwise under the driving of the transmission mechanism. Bottles inside tank drop into rotary disk feeder under the act of centrifugal force, where they are driven by the rotary disk and sent into unscrambling instrument through discharging plate and discharging distance device. At this moment, bottles automatically keep certain distance under the act of a pair of synchronizers installed on the unscrambling instrument. When bottles move to the next station, some of them with bottom forward will be automatically turned into mouth upward by the calibration instrument, while the others with mouth forward will be lifted by a hook first and then turned into mouth upward by the calibration instrument as well.
