The main transmission part of this machine is placed inside the box, which avoids contamination of the materials caused by wear of the transmission mechanism and other reasons. All parts in contact with the materials have undergone high-precision polishing. This machine is equipped with safety protection devices such as shutdown without a cover and startup with a cover. Most of the components of the entire machine are made of aluminum alloy materials, and the shells are all made of high-quality stainless steel plates, achieving a light weight of the whole machine and easy transportation. This machine can be adjusted freely by users according to the height and size of the bottle caps and the height and size of the bottle bodies within its applicable range. Especially, the motor control system for bottle clamping, capping and conveying adopts frequency converter control. Users can freely set the production volume within the machine design range, providing more convenience for production arrangement and process formulation.
