1.Cap Feeding Unit
The cap vibrating unit automatically feeds the caps from the hopper to capping position.
It works with the help of a vibration system which allows it properly align the caps.
2.Tablet Feeding Unit
It assists in conveying the tablets automatically into the machine from the hopper.
After placing the tablets on the tablet feeding unit, it will automatically send them to the filling position.
3.Tube Feeding Unit
After placing the tubes in the hopper manually, the machine will unscramble the tubes and convey them to tube filling position, waiting for loading tablets.
4.Tablet Inserting Unit
After tablets are arranged neatly according to setting quantity, this unit automatically pushes tablets into the tube as the filling process continues.
5.Cap Pressing Unit
When it detects the presence of a tube and tablets are loaded, it will automatically place a cap over the tube and press it. If there is no tablet or few tablets, the tube will not be capped, and will be automatically rejected.
