Filled capsules from the upstream filler enter the inlet (730 mm height). A vertical motor-driven rotating brush shaft (Xiamen JSCC 100YS200GY22 motor with Siemens V20 inverter) tumbles capsules along its length while a rotating brush removes residual powder/grease from each capsule. Vacuum dust extraction (-0.014 MPa, 3 m3/min) captures the dislodged powder. Capsules continue upward through the lifting screw section to the outlet (1100 mm). The integrated capsule sorter automatically channels good capsules to the discharge while routing under-filled, empty, fragmented, or split capsules to a reject port.
