The BPTG is a semi-automated tube packaging system that handles both filling and capping through operator-machine collaboration. It streamlines the entire packaging process into a single integrated workstation. The unit features a stainless steel build, a reliable PLC with touchscreen interface, and photoelectric sensors for accurate bottle detection. Tablets are fed through a vibrating arranger and counted precisely before being loaded into tubes. Once the operator places the cap manually, the capping mechanism automatically presses it into position. With a capacity of 500–600 tubes per hour and a filling range of 15–20 tablets per tube, it suits effervescent tablets, vitamin tablets, and similar products.
