The RS is a fully automated heat shrink wrapping system built for continuous production. Its rock wool insulation maintains a low exterior surface temperature during operation, thereby reducing thermal loss. A custom air duct design ensures uniform heat distribution, while a temperature controller paired with an imported sensor manages the 0–250°C range. The outer casing uses plastic-sprayed carbon steel, and the inner layer is galvanized with hydraulic actuation. Anti-corrosion treatments include spraying or nickel plating. The SED-40RS-E model reaches 20–40 pieces per minute. Easy to clean and stable in operation, it is backed by professional after-sales support.
