The MG-W is an automated facial mask manufacturing system engineered to produce masks in assorted shapes and dimensions. It streamlines the complete production sequence—mask shaping, folding, essence dosing, and pouch packaging—delivering a continuous flow from raw materials to finished goods while adhering to GMP standards. Governed by a PLC and HMI interface, the line features an enclosed shield for contamination-free output, a precision cutter, servo-adjustable settings, and a quantitative pump achieving ±1% filling accuracy for liquids up to 20000 cp. Filling, exhausting, sealing, and coding are completed in a single cycle, with a no-mask-no-fill safeguard.
