The KZJ-B is an automated carton bundling system engineered to strap boxes into bundles, significantly boosting packaging throughput in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, and allied sectors. Compliant with GMP standards, it employs a PLC controller and HMI interface for dependable operation. The unit uses PE film as the strapping material, accommodating band widths and thicknesses of 30–80 mm, with adjustable tension and multiple strapping patterns. Two models are offered: the SED-180KZJ-B handles 480–720 bundles per hour, while the SED-500KZJ-B reaches 1,200–2,100 bundles per hour. The compact design requires no tools for disassembly and is straightforward to clean and maintain. Power supply is customized to order, and professional after-sales support is provided.
