The P-F series is an automated blister packaging system built for ALU and PVC materials, sealing pills, tablets, capsules, solid foods, and small consumer items into protective blister packs that guard against dust and moisture. It operates continuously at up to 9,600 plates per hour. A chain-driven main shaft cuts transmission error by more than 60% versus conventional gear systems. An imported PLC controller manages operations, with optional shortage detection and visual rejection available. A stepper motor and visual correction system maintain print registration accuracy of ±0.1 mm. The air expansion shaft allows roll changes in 1–2 minutes with under 1% material loss. It supports various blister shapes and meets GMP standards.
Features:
1. The main transmission shaft is driven by a chain, reducing operational error by over 60% compared with traditional gear-driven systems for enhanced precision.
2. The intelligent control system includes an imported PLC, optional shortage detection, automatic feeding, and a visual inspection and rejection system.
3. Photoelectric-controlled automatic feeding handles multi-material processing and waste edge punching, supporting PVC hard sheet, PTP aluminum foil, and hard aluminum materials.
4. An imported stepper motor with a visual correction system achieves printing registration accuracy of ±0.1mm, enhancing the packaging grade effect.
5. With multi-industry applicability, the machine packages medicines, food, medical devices, and electronics, supporting single, multi-link, and special-shaped blisters.
6. The upgraded air expansion shaft reduces roll change time to 1–2 minutes with material loss below 1%, substantially improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
