The SWB-D is an automated cellophane wrapping system built to enclose individual or bundled cartons in transparent film. It supports OPP, BOPP, and PVC materials. A reliable PLC controller governs operations, while servo-driven mechanisms permit real-time speed adjustment with enhanced precision. The machine provides automatic fault diagnosis, can be linked with other equipment, and delivers anti-counterfeiting, moisture-proof, and dust-proof protection after wrapping. Three models are offered with outputs from 20 to 70 cartons per minute, accommodating carton sizes from 50×30×10 mm up to 380×240×100 mm. Unit weights range from 650 to 1,100 kg.
