Cap-pressing and Capping Machine is a configurable inline press-and-screw capper for round bottles in pharmaceutical, food, daily-chemical, and cosmetic packaging lines. The cap-feeding system, rotary disc, and capping head are customized per the customer’s bottle and cap geometry. A constant-torque capping head ensures consistent tightness — critical for products requiring high seal integrity — and the head can be swapped to a pure pressing head for snap-on caps. Standard control: Delta PLC + touch screen with VFD speed control; photoelectric sensors auto-pause on jams. 304 SS GMP enclosure throughout.
