High Performance Liquid Chromatography
High Performance Liquid Chromatography
The HPLC-A is a High Performance Liquid Chromatography system engineered for detecting diverse organic compounds, unrestricted by analyte boiling points, and widely applied across chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, nutraceuticals, and cosmetics. It employs a reciprocating dual-plunger parallel pump with alternating pump-head infusion, delivering quiet operation and extended durability. A pressure monitoring function halts the pump automatically when limits are exceeded. The high-pressure pump incorporates a solvent compensation factor for superior infusion accuracy. The UV detector uses direct digital signal output to prevent distortion and interference. Thermal isolation of the deuterium lamp and optics reduces stabilization time. With a flow range of 0.001–9.999 ml/min and 42 MPa maximum pressure, it ensures reliable performance. Power supply is customized to order.
Features:
1. Pump Design and Performance
The system employs a reciprocating double-plunger parallel pump with alternating dual pump heads, delivering low noise levels, extended operational lifespan, and consistent analytical performance.
2. Intelligent Pressure Monitoring and Safety
An integrated process monitoring function continuously tracks system pressure, triggering alarms and automatically halting pump operation when pressure exceeds predefined safety limits.
3. Enhanced Infusion Accuracy
A high-pressure infusion pump incorporating a solvent compensation factor ensures superior infusion precision and accuracy, meeting demanding analytical requirements.
4. UV Detector Signal Integrity
The ultraviolet detector utilizes a direct digital signal output circuit architecture, effectively eliminating signal distortion and external interference for reliable detection results.
5. Full CNC System Operation
A completely computerized numerical control system enables streamlined process operation and accelerated data processing, significantly improving laboratory workflow efficiency.
6. Overall Analytical Capabilities
The instrument delivers stable operation with a well-engineered structure, featuring qualitative repeatability (RSD6 ≤ 0.1%) and quantitative repeatability (RSD6 ≤ 0.3%) for naphthalene/methanol standards.
