High Speed Automatic Plastic Pet Bottle Unscrambler Machine
Operator loads empty bottles into hopper. An elevator feeds them into a rotating disc where centrifugal force orients them in neck-leading and base-leading positions and pushes them onto the infeed belt. Twin synchronous wheels separate bottle spacing. A hook mechanism then inverts neck-leading bottles into base-leading position so that all bottles can be tipped upright by the calibration mechanism, exiting mouth-up to the downstream conveyor.
