Industrial Softgel Drying Tunnel Machine
Freshly formed softgel pellets are conveyed by the encapsulator’s transfer fan into the rotating stainless-steel mesh cage. As each cage section rotates clockwise the gels tumble inside while fans blow clean ambient air across the cage, drying and setting their shape. Switching a section’s direction to counter-clockwise advances the gels to the next section; the final section discharges dried gels automatically. Cage speed and per-section direction are controlled from the front panel.
