Laminar Flow Pass Box
Laminar Flow Pass Box
The operator places material in the pass-through chamber and closes the door. The double-door electronic interlock prevents both sides from opening simultaneously. Infrared sensing triggers the fan, which draws air through primary and HEPA two-stage filtration to form a laminar flow at 0.45 m/s ±20% inside the chamber. The optional UV germicidal lamp can be activated separately. The Dwyer differential pressure gauge continuously monitors HEPA filter resistance to ensure filtration performance.
Features:
1. Laminar-flow + air shower + UV sterilization in one unit for material transfer between clean zones.
2. Class 100 cleanliness with HEPA DOP challenge ports for validated GMP environments.
3. Electronic double-door interlock ensures clean zone integrity.
4. Dwyer pressure gauge enables real-time HEPA filter health monitoring.
5. Full SUS304 construction meets pharmaceutical and biotech GMP requirements.
