Semi-Automatic Ultrasonic Plastic Tube Sealing Machine
Semi-automatic ultrasonic plastic-tube filling and sealing machine for plastic and aluminum-plastic laminate (ABL/PBL) tubes used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical packaging. The operator manually loads each tube; from there the machine handles color-mark detection, dose filling, ultrasonic tail sealing, and tail trimming automatically under PLC + touchscreen control.

2. Electronic auto-frequency tracking compensates for tube thickness/material variation — fewer rejects across SKUs.
