Tablet Disintegration Test Apparatus
Tablet Disintegration Test Apparatus
The 2BJY-B is a disintegration testing instrument engineered to assess how solid dosage forms break down under controlled conditions, allowing researchers and clinicians to examine the in vitro breakdown of powdered formulations for quality assurance. It consists of a control unit, drive mechanism, thermostatic bath, and basket assembly, all governed by an MPU. The device provides temperature and time readouts, timed operation, automatic thermal regulation, and fault indication. It accommodates two baskets with twelve tubes, oscillating at 30–31 cycles per minute over a 55±1 mm stroke. The 1000 ml vessel supports a preset temperature range of 20.0–45.0°C with ±0.5°C accuracy. Power supply is customizable.
Features:
1. The tester features both temperature and time display functions, enabling operators to monitor and record critical testing parameters in real time for accurate and traceable disintegration analysis.
2. The disintegration tester adopts a built-in timing function, automatically tracking and controlling test duration to ensure consistent and standardized disintegration testing in pharmaceutical quality control environments.
3. The tester is equipped with an automatic controlled temperature system, maintaining precise thermal conditions throughout the disintegration process to ensure accurate and reproducible pharmaceutical testing outcomes.
4. The tester incorporates an error indicating function that promptly alerts operators to operational abnormalities, enabling quick troubleshooting and minimizing downtime during pharmaceutical disintegration testing procedures.
