The MCY-A is a vacuum-based package integrity testing system engineered to verify seal quality across food, flexible plastic packaging, wet wipes, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical applications. It handles items such as aluminum-plastic blisters, flexible pouches, plastic bottles, nozzle packaging, medicine bottles, and vials. The unit draws a vacuum inside its chamber, creating a pressure differential that reveals leaks through escaping air or shape changes in immersed samples. It features a dual-mode design supporting both compressed air and vacuum pump operation, a bilingual interface, and microcomputer-controlled automation for pumping, holding, replenishing, timing, and blowback. An LCD screen enables data presetting and power-off memory. SMC pneumatic components ensure durable, stable, and reliable performance.
