Empty capsules from a hopper are oriented and fed into the rectifying station. The mold turntable (with 9 die holes) indexes intermittently between stations: capsule pickup → vacuum-assisted body/cap separation → powder dosing (or pellet filling) at the dosage plate → reject station for misaligned/empty capsules → re-joining → locking station → ejection. The dosage plate uses a three-dimensional adjustable lower plane as a reference for uniform fill volume. A pressure-atomizing oil pump maintains consistent cam lubrication. Vacuum is provided by a water-circulation rotary vane pump; a dust collector handles powder spillage. Real-time per-capsule and cumulative count display on the Siemens HMI; auto-alarm and auto-stop on capsule shortage, powder shortage, or feed channel faults.
