Automatic Linear Type Plastic Bottle Cap Screwing Machine
High-speed automatic linear screw / friction capping machine designed for plastic and metal screw caps, including standard caps, child-resistant caps, double-shell caps, and flip-top caps. It pairs an inline conveyor with a cap elevator/sorter and three pairs of constantly spinning friction wheels that tighten caps with no change parts needed across a wide bottle/cap range. Equipped with no-bottle-no-cap interlock and optional aluminum-foil detection with automatic reject.
Introduction
Its working process is unique, including automatic bottle feeding, automatic cap management, automatic cap feeding,upper cover,gland, Screw cap and automatic bottle discharging, which ensures the accuracy of each step.
The main transmission part is hidden inside the box, which effectively avoids the material contamination that may be caused by the transmission mechanism. The parts in contact with materials are finely polished to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the products.
The whole machine is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, which makes the whole machine light in weight and easy to carry. The shell, on the other hand, is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, which is sturdy and durable and ensures the stability and durability of the equipment.
