JB-E Simplified (Sugar/Film) Coating Machine applies sugar or film coating to the exterior of Chinese and Western medicine tablets. It integrates the original sugar-coating drum with a controllable hot-air system, an automatic spray system supplying coating liquid and atomizing air, and a frequency-controlled main motor. As the 1250 mm drum rotates, atomized coating liquid from a spray gun is applied evenly to the tumbling tablets while warm air dries them, producing a solid, fine, complete and smooth film. Material contact parts are 304 stainless steel (GMP-compliant).

7. Built-in safety interlocks: external heating is disabled when the drum stops, internal heating is disabled when the blower is off.
