Tablets are placed in the coating pan and rotate continuously in an orbital manner. Rotational movement causes the batch to tumble and make multiple passes through the spray application zone. Coating solution is sprayed in atomized form via high-atomization spray gun to produce fast even distribution. Simultaneously, controlled-temperature hot air from inlet fan dries the coating medium, forming a firm, fine, complete, smooth surface film. Main motor is frequency-adjustable.
