Plastic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
Empty tubes are loaded into the obliquely-hanging adjustable-speed tube storehouse. A photoelectric color-code mark sensor detects the eye-mark and the mechanical orientation system rotates the tube to align the artwork. The 316L stainless filling nozzle descends to the tube bottom and rises while dispensing of viscous product (no-tube-no-fill interlock). The tube indexes to the sealing station: a hot-air generator softens the tube tail; pneumatic jaws flatten and crimp the seal; the steel-letter embosser stamps batch number and expiry date on single or double sides. Sealed tubes drop to the discharge chute.
