High Speed Linear Cap Pressing Machine
High-speed inline press-cap (capping) machine engineered to GMP standards for fully automatic bottle-and-cap handling. The cycle covers automatic bottle infeed, cap orientation in the cap hopper, cap delivery, cap placement, cap pressing and bottle discharge in one continuous flow. The drive train is fully enclosed inside the cabinet so transmission components cannot contaminate product; product-contact surfaces are polished to a sanitary finish. The lightweight aluminum-alloy main structure with a stainless-steel skin keeps the machine portable yet rugged.
