Automatic Cap Pressing Machine
Automatic cap-pressing/screw-capping machine for round plastic bottles, used in pharmaceutical, food, beverage and cosmetic packaging lines. A vibrating cap loader feeds caps via chute while a star wheel indexes bottles into the capping head, where a constant-torque rotor screws the cap to the preset tightness (interchangeable with a press-on head). Built on a 304 stainless steel frame with PLC + touch-screen control and bilingual HMI.

1. Constant-torque rotor stops automatically once preset tightness is reached — protects fragile threads and ensures consistent seal quality.
2. Snap-fit modular structure makes parts swap (cap heads, star wheel) easy when changing SKUs.
