The FGJ-B is an automated auger powder filler engineered for dispensing free-flowing powders and granules into a wide range of containers, including pouches, tins, and bottles. It employs a servo-driven metering mechanism that enables operators to set both fill volume and filling rate as needed, achieving excellent dosing precision. The unit features PLC-based control, 304 stainless steel construction, automatic container positioning, and automated powder dispensing. With filling capacities of 10–1000 g or 50–1500 g and speeds of 600–2400 bottles per hour, it is easy to clean, stable in operation, and supported by professional after-sales service.
