The FGX-H is an automated rotary auger filling system built to dispense assorted powders and fine granules into bottles with consistent accuracy. It employs screw-based metering, with interchangeable augers to accommodate different product specifications. Controlled via a PLC and user-friendly HMI, the unit offers variable-speed operation and automatic counting. Safety features include automatic shutdown when no bottle is detected. The machine uses disc positioning and a high-precision cam indexer for stable, precise filling. Constructed from SUS304 and 316L stainless steel in compliance with GMP standards, it is available with one or two filling heads, achieving capacities of 20–60 bottles per minute.
Features:
1. The machine adopts screw metering for filling, and the screw needs to be replaced for different specifications to ensure stable and precise filling processes.
2. A human-machine interface provides intuitive operation with PLC control, while frequency conversion allows arbitrary speed adjustment and automatic counting functions.
3. Features automatic shutdown when no bottle is present, preventing powder waste, and disc positioning filling for stable and reliable operation during continuous production.
