Small-batch R&D and pilot-scale vial aseptic filling line with isolator. Integrated system combining an aseptic isolator, in-line liquid filling machine, stoppering machine, and multifunctional capping/sealing machine. Performs bottle alignment, conveying, filling, stoppering, cap sorting, capping, and sealing. Operates within a Grade A environment with hydrogen peroxide sterilization. Each functional module (filling/stoppering, capping, crimping) can be operated independently.

1. Aseptic filling in a Grade A environment; automatic shutdown on door opening.
2. PLC control + touchscreen operation, programmable production. No-vial no-fill function.
3. Buffer device between single machines for a stable inline connection.
4. Servo motor-driven filling pump; independent servo steering.
5. Electromagnetic oscillating stopper feeder; pneumatic stoppering.
6. Interchangeable capping heads (screw/crimp); adapts to plastic or aluminum caps.
7. Adjustable cap head height for different bottle heights.
8. Air speed, particle, viable/non-viable particle monitoring.
9. Aseptic gloves and integrity testing system.
10. Bottle-tip rejection function; aluminum chip collection/capture device.
11. Fiber-optic crimp counter for automated yield tracking.
12. High-quality AISI 304/AISI 316 stainless steel and FDA-approved contact materials.
