Fully automatic rubber stopper / aluminium cap cleaning machine. The complete cleaning cycle: load → coarse wash → air-water mixed rinse → vacuum de-foam → drain → rinse → drain → siliconization → drain → fine wash → drain → steam sterilization → vacuum dry → hot-air dry → cool-down → discharge. Online sterilization, heat-resistant to 120°C. Water source switchable between purified water and water-for-injection. Process includes pure-steam-fed plate heat exchanger via pneumatic ball valve with steam trap and sterile breather. HMI provides: equipment management, production management, operation centre, data monitoring, audit trail (operation records / work reports), recipe management, F0 value calculation, real-time and historical alarms, vacuum leak-test mode with auto-generated reports.
