A fully automatic aerosol filling line purpose-built for filling high-purity gases into aerosol cans with 1-inch valves. The standard line consists of: an automatic can pusher (explosion-proof drive), a 2-head displacement-fill + crimp unit (with integrated internal-pressure tester), and a 10 m conveyor with packing table.

1. Purpose-built for high-purity gas filling — minimal purity loss.
2. Integrated pressure detection saves the customer the cost of a separate machine.
3. Full explosion-proof design meets safety requirements for oxygen and hazardous gases.
4. Displacement-fill technology: purity loss ≤0.1%; fill accuracy ±1%; product purity ≥94–99.6%.
5. PLC + touchscreen control (crimp/fill section); SMC + Xinje pneumatic controls (rest of line).
