Aerosol cans are loaded onto the sorting/feeding table, where an explosion-proof motor automatically arranges them sequentially on the conveyor without jamming or tipping. Cans pass under 2 filling heads, which dispense liquid. A stabilizing (vapor-tap purge) head removes residual air. The sealing head crimps the valve onto the can — its guidance device ensures high seal quality. Then, 2 inflating heads pressurize the can with propellant via 2 booster pumps and 1 gas storage tank with an energy accumulator (the booster prevents bubble formation in the tank). All operations are pneumatic, controlled by SMC valves and cylinders. Mold change required for different can diameters.
