The RP-F Series is an automatic Alu-Alu strip blister packing system designed to seal small solid products into striped pockets for enhanced protection, typically used for packaging medicinal tablets into flat aluminum strips. Built with a 304 stainless steel housing, it features PLC and touchscreen controls, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and analog temperature control for the sealing roller mold. Optional functions include solid-state mold wheel coding and picture-text version matching. The series offers multiple models with outputs ranging from 1,800 to 66,000 pieces per hour, cutting frequencies of 600–4,800 cuts/hr, and maximum film widths of 160–350 mm.
