The FDB-X is an automatic multi-lane sachet packaging system engineered to fill powdered products into individual pouches, serving the pharmaceutical, food, and daily chemical sectors. By running several lanes simultaneously, it substantially boosts output. The machine performs bag forming, dosing, sealing, cutting, heating, and date/lot coding in a single continuous operation, minimizing manual intervention. A PLC and photoelectric control setup guarantees accurate filling and sealing with negligible variance. Product-contact components are made of 304 stainless steel, meeting GMP standards. Bag length can be adjusted without mold changes, and sealing parameters are configurable for various films. Available in 2 to 12 lanes with speeds up to 500 bags/min, it offers advanced performance, low noise, and a compact footprint.
