The KLB Series is a vertical form-fill-seal system engineered for pillow-style pouches containing free-flowing granular materials such as pharmaceutical granules, salt, seeds, and desiccants. It integrates weighing, pouch forming, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, and coding into one automated process. Product-contact components are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, and the machine meets GMP requirements. A PLC controller with photoelectric tracking ensures reliable operation, while an overheat protection feature automatically halts production to safeguard seal integrity. Pouch dimensions and fill volumes can be adjusted without changing molds. The series covers outputs from 1,200 to 6,300 bags per hour across multiple models.
