The Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine is primarily designed for the pharmaceutical industry for washing molded and regulated antibiotic glass bottles, ampoules, and oral liquid bottles. It features a vertical drum structure using a manipulator to grip and invert bottles while spray nozzles perform reciprocating tracking. The machine uses ultrasonic washing combined with alternating water and compressed air jet flushing to clean containers one by one. The entire process is automatically controlled, achieving high cleaning quality, low bottle breakage rate, wide versatility, and stable operation. Water and gas pipelines are not cross-contaminated, meeting GMP quality certification requirements. The machine can operate standalone or be integrated into a fully automatic production line with a mesh-belt tunnel oven, drawing-sealing machine, filling-stoppering machine, and screw dispensing machine.
