High Pressure Automatic Bottle Washer
The ultrasonic drum-type bottle washer for oral liquid and pharmaceutical glass bottles, suitable for 10-100 ml (customizable to 200 ml) round or shaped containers. It uses a ‘three-water-one-air’ process: ultrasonic pre-wash, two needle washes (tap water and purified water), and two air rinses, followed by high-pressure clean air to atomize residual droplets. All liquid-contact parts are 316L stainless steel, with the entire work zone enclosed in transparent plexiglass, meeting GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
Features:
1. Ultrasonic pre-wash + one tap water rinse + one purified water rinse + two air blasts.
2. Nozzle-to-opening rinsing ensures thorough cleaning of both bottle interiors and exteriors.
3. High-pressure clean air breaks down and removes residual water droplets inside the bottles.
4. Liquid-contact parts made of 316L stainless steel; non-toxic and corrosion-resistant.
5. Fully enclosed acrylic workspace prevents external contamination.
6. PLC, touchscreen, and variable-frequency drive control allow for adjustable production capacity.
