Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier Skid. Composed of an oil pot, a water pot, a vacuum homogenizing emulsifier, heating system, agitation system, vacuum system, electric lid lift, control cabinet and piping — suited for high-end skincare cream production.
Features:
1. German-technology multi-stage rotor/stator delivers 0.2–0.6 μm emulsion droplets.
2. Three-pot skid in compact footprint with vacuum-suction phase transfer.
3. Choice of 304 (cosmetic) or 316L (pharma) construction.
4. Borkang vacuum pump with degassing improves homogenization quality.
5. Direct-to-filler bottom discharge eliminates pumping for downstream filling.
