Vacuum Homogeneous Emulsifying Machine
Phase ingredients are loaded into the jacketed pot. The hydraulic lift raises/lowers the lid (interlocked with vacuum). The frame anchor mixer with PTFE wall scrapers and counter-rotating centre paddle mixes and prevents wall fouling; simultaneously the inline high-shear homogenizer with laser-cut rotor/stator applies intense hydraulic shear to reduce droplet size. The electric heater warms the jacket; a sensor and Siemens module maintain set temperature. The rotary-vane vacuum pump draws vacuum to de-foam the emulsion and improve homogenisation. Safety interlocks prevent lid lifting under vacuum and prevent mixers starting during lid travel.
